In view of the common psychological problems of vocational school students in employment, such as self-abasement,anxiety and indolence, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on their psychological conflicts behind the psychological problems,and then proposes strategies for positive psychological education from the perspective of vocational school educators, in order to promote students＇ successful employment.
