积极职业教育是以积极、和谐和发展为取向,有目的、有计划地增进职校学生素质与幸福感的现代职业教育理论和实践体系。积极职业教育是积极心理学、积极心理治疗、积极心理教育、积极教育、现代职业教育等综合影响的一种新型教育范式,具有坚实的思想渊源、理论基础与实践依据。推进积极职业教育,就是为中国职业教育改革创新资鉴,为职校学生幸福人生奠基,科学建构职业教育现代化进程中的积极范式,引领和加快现代职业教育的创新发展。追寻积极职业教育范式,要积极认识和理性看待职校学生、职业教育与职校学生心理发展的关系,树立人性化的教育价值观、人本化的教育过程观和人格化的教育评价观。全方位育人的系统工程、模式建构的创新过程和追求卓越的发展进程是建构积极职业教育范式的基本策略。
Positive vocational education is a theoretical and practical system of modern vocational education, which is oriented towards activeness, harmony and development, aimed at enhancing the quality of vocational school students and their well-being purposefully and gradually. Positive vocational education is a new educational paradigm with a solid ideological origin, theoretical basis and practical ground, which is affected by positive psychology, positive psychotherapy, positive psychology education, positive education and modern vocational education. To promote vocational education actively means providing a reference to the innovation and reform of Chinese vocational education, establishing a foundation for students' happy life of vocational schools, constructing a positive paradigm in the process of the modernization of vocational education scientifically, leading and accelerating the innovation and development of modern vocational education. To pursue the positive vocational education paradigm, it is needed to have a positive perception and rational view of the relationship between vocational school students, vocational education and psychological development of vocational students, forming a humanistic concept of education value, a human-oriented concept of educational process and a personalized concept of educational evaluation. The basic strategies of constructing positive vocational education paradigm contain an all-round education system, an innovation process of mode construction and a development process of pursuing excellence.
