The B&R initiative has brought great development opportunities on aspects such as enhancing the international attraction of our higher vocational education,promoting the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational education,and creating more talent dividend.At the same time,it has brought severe challenges for our higher vocational education:the weak basic capacity restricts the improvement of educational standards;the fierce international competition contains the talent cultivation quality;and the multiple professional requirements increase the difficulty of teacher training.Higher vocational colleges should build smart campuses to support the informationization of vocational education,make innovations on the education modes,expand educational channels,focus on profession adjustment,strive to realize the internationalization of talent cultivation,improve the training mechanism and promote the professionalization of the teaching faculty.
