高职学生就业存在结构性过剩,自我定位偏颇,怕吃苦、频跳槽等现象。在分析高职学生就业竞争力提升制约因素的基础上,明确职业指导在促进高职学生积极就业中的作用,职业指导搭建了高职学生联系社会需求的桥梁,帮助学生分析就业形势,增强就业信心;帮助学生规划职业生涯,提升就业素养;帮助学生掌握就业信息,提供就业保障;帮助学生形成创业意识,推进创新创业。
There are some problems among higher vocational students, such as structural surplus, biased self-positioning, indolence and frequent job-hopping. Based on an analysis on factors restricting the improvement of higher vocational students' employment competitiveness, this paper makes clear the role of career guidance in promoting higher vocational students' active employment. Career guidance establishes a bridge between higher vocational students and social needs, helping them to analyze the employment situation and enhance their confidence in employment; helping them to plan their careers and improve their quality; helping them to grasp employment information and improvement employment guarantees; helping them form a consciousness of entrepreneurship and promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
