目的：探讨舒血宁注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：检索2007-2010年我院药品不良反应报告数据库，收集舒血宁注射液不良反应报告，分别从患者性别与年龄分布、ADR发生时间、既往过敏史、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行整理分析。结果：共检索到26例舒血宁注射液引起的ADR报告，男女比例为1：1．6；有11例ADR病例发生在用药30min以内。舒血宁注射液所致严重的不良反应较少，但不良反应可累及机体多个系统，临床表现复杂多样，以神经系统损害为主。结论：重视舒血宁注射液的不良反应。可以通过提高药品质量及对用药过程进行监护等措施确保患者用药安全。
英文摘要：
Objective： To investigate the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reaction （ADR） induced by Shuxuening injection, in order to provide reference for the safe use of drug. Methods： The ADR cases induced by Shuxuening injection reported in our hospital during 2007-2010 were analyzed statistically. The data in respect of distribution of gender and age, occurrence time of ADRs, allergic history of the patients, organs or systems involved in ADRs and clinical manifestations were analyzed. Results： In 26 cases of ADR reports, the proportion of female was higher than that of male （1.6 ： 1）. Eleven cases of ADRs occurred within 30 minutes. The incidence of severe ADRs caused by Shuxuening injection was low, but the ADRs could involve multiple organs. The main clinical manifestations of ADRs were the lesions of nervous system. Conclusion： Great importance should be paid to the monitoring and management of ADRs induced by Shuxuening injection. Some measures should be taken to make sure the safe use of drug, such as improving the drug standard and monitoring medication process to reduce the occurrence of the adverse events.
