目的分析北京朝阳医院小金丸和小金胶囊所致不良反应情况及特点。方法收集2008至2011年度小金丸和小金胶囊所致不良反应报告，并进行整理分析，归纳不良反应特点。结果小金丸和小金胶囊不良反应报告45例，40岁以上居多，均为皮肤及其附件的不良反应，表现为皮疹伴有瘙痒，多数出现在服药后0—3天。结论应加强小金丸不良反应监测，明确其致敏原成分，及早预防，减少不良反应的发生。
英文摘要：
Objective To analyze characteristics of adverse drug reaction（ADP.） induced by Xiaojinwan and Xiaojinjiaonang in Chaoyang Hospital. Methods ADP. reports of Xiaofinwan and Xiaojinfiaonang from 2008 to 2011 were collected and analyzed. Results For 45 cases collected, the age of patients were mostly over 40, and all the damage due to ADP. was rash associated with itching in skin and appendix, the majority appear 0-3 days after dosing. Conclusion The monitoring for adverse reactions and allergen ingredient of Xiaojinwan should be strengthened. Early prevention can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
