快速而准确地实现工件对准在工业自动化领域有着广阔的应用前景。在此基于图像处理技术构建了圆形工件的对准系统,对圆形工件的检测及对准技术开展研究。该系统通过图像采集卡采集被测工件的视觉图像,进行中值滤波、采用Sobel边缘提取,利用改进的Hough圆变换进行中心定位,从而求得工件中心离视场中心的偏移量,使得步进电机依照此偏移量进行x,y方向的驱动。相较于传统的对准方法,该系统大大降低了图像处理所需时间,实现了圆形工件的快速检测和对准。
Rapid and accurate alignment of workpiece has a wide application prospect in the field of industrial automation.An alignment system applied to the circular workpieces was built based on the image processing technology.A study on the detection and alignment technologies for the round workpieces was carried out.The image of a round workpiece is captured by an image acquisition card and treated by median filtering.The edge of the image is extracted with Sobel.The improved Hough round transform tecnology is adopted for center position,and then the offset from the center of workpiece to the center of the field is deduced,and the stepping motor drives at x/y direction according to the offset.Compared to the tranditional alignment method,this system greatly reduces the time required for image processing.The rapid detection and alignment of the circular workpieces were realized.
