目的了解我院丹红注射液的临床应用及药品不良反应发生情况。方法调查统计我院2011年4—2011年10月所有使用过丹红注射液的住院患者病例和发生的不良反应,前瞻性分析其临床应用与不良反应发生情况。结果共收集使用过丹红注射液的住院患者470例,涉及8个科室,22种疾病。其中有适应症用药者406例,占86.38%;无适应症用药者共64例,占13.62%。单次用量均符合说明书规定,药物配置后放置时间、滴速、用药疗程有不合理现象。共收集不良反应5例,占1.06%。丹红注射液平均费用为1 244.59元,占平均住院总费用的14.47%,占平均药品总费用28.39%。结论我院临床使用丹红注射液基本按照药品说明书规定使用,有利于提高药物临床应用的安全性和经济性,但也有不合理使用现象,应引起重视。
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danhong injection in clinical application and its resulting adverse reactions.Methods All the inpatients who had been administered to Danhong Injection in our hospital from April 2011 to November 2011 were investigated,and the resulting adverse reactions were also perspective analyzed.Results 470 cases inpatients from 8 departments were collected up,among which 22 kinds of diseases were involved.There were 406 cases with application indications,accounting for 86.38%;and 64 cases without application indications,accounting for 1.06%.It was found that every single dosage conformed to directions while there were irrational conditions with regard to storage time after dispensing,drip speed,course of drug use.In our report,5 cases adverse reactions were collected,accounting for 1.06%.The average cost due to Danhong injection was 1 244.59 yuan,which accounting for 14.47% among average hospitalization cost,and 28.39% among average drug cost.Conclusion In our hospital,clinical application for Danhong injection fit in with drug directions on the whole,and it is good for improving drug application safety as well as economical value.
