花生是世界上非常重要以及研究最为广泛的一种油料作物,同时又富含24%~ 36%的蛋白质.研究AOT-SDS/异辛烷-正辛醇复合反胶束技术萃取花生蛋白,考察了pH、KCl浓度、温度以及时间对花生蛋白后萃率的影响,采用四因素二次通用旋转组合设计试验,并对试验结果进行方差分析,回归分析建立回归方程,采用频率分析法获得了花生蛋白后萃的最佳工艺条件:pH 7.5、时间30 min、KCl浓度1.1 mol/L、温度35℃,在此条件下得到的后萃率为79.03%.
Peanuts are very important as well as the world's most widely used research oilseeds,while rich in 24% to 36% protein.By using AOT-SDS/Isooctane-Octanol Composite Reverse Micelle extraction technology,four-element quadratic current revolving design,the effect of pH,[KCl],time,temperature to back extraction ratio of peanut protein was investigated and regression equation was established in accordance with variance and regression analysis.The optimal conditions for the backward extraction was obtained through frequency analysis with pH 7.5,30 min,[KCl] 1.1 mol/L,temperature 35 ℃,the backward extraction ratio 79.03%.
