目的:揭示中学生的心理健康状况,分析讨论可能的原因。为当前的素质教育改革和中学生心理健康教育提供量化的依据和参考。方法:本研究使用浙江大学心理系郑全全教授修订的《中学生心理健康诊断测验》,对沧州市不同层次的6所中学的近1000名中学生进行了测查,用社会科学统计软件包SPSS12.0对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:(1)心理健康状况中自责倾向显著高于常模水平;(2)心理健康水平城乡差异显著;(3)不同层次学校学生的心理健康水平存在显著差异;(4)不同年级学生的心理健康水平存在极显著的差异;(5)父母文化程度对心理健康有显著影响。结论:不同层次学校、不同年级、市区和城乡的学生心理健康教育应有不同的侧重点;学校、教师应加强与家长的沟通,共同关注学生的心理健康。
Objective:To explore the mental health of middle school students,to analyses possible reasons;provide quantitative basis for quality education reform and mental health education.Methods: 1000 middle school students were sampled from 6 different school and assessed with mental health test(MHT) modified by Zheng Quanquan.Results: The scores of students in self-accusation are higher than the norm of MHT.The level of mental health shows obvious difference in the following respects: urban and rural,different grades,parents of different literate levels and different sorts of middle schools.Conclusion:There should be different emphases in the process of mental health education for urban and rural students,for different grades,parents of different literate levels and different sorts of middle schools.Teachers should have more communication with parents to pay more attention to students' psychological health.
