应用交叉免疫印迹方法,分析比较了番鸭源小鹅瘟病毒(MDGPV)和番鸭细小病毒(MDPV)结构蛋白抗原性的差异.结果表明:MDGPV和MDPV纯化病毒在SDS-PAGE分析中均呈现3种结构蛋白,分子质量分别为81、65和55 ku;在免疫印迹试验中,MDGPV和MDPV的VP1、VP2和VP3三种结构蛋白均可被同源抗血清识别,而异源抗血清均不能识别VP1蛋白;免疫番鸭血清和感染耐过番鸭血清识别的条带无明显区别.可见,MDGPV和MDPV的抗原性差异主要体现在VP1蛋白上.
The structural proteins and antigenicity of goose parvovirus from Muscovy duck( MDGPV) and Muscovy duck parvovirus( MDPV) were analyzed and compared by the method of SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. The results showed all tested strains shared same three protein bands by SDS-PAGE,the molecular weight of approximately 81,65 and 55 ku,named as VP1,VP2,VP3 respectively. By Western Blot,three structural proteins could response with homologous serum,but heterologous serum could not react with protein VP1. The bands had not difference identified by the sera derived from immuned Muscovy ducks and infected duck. Above all,antigenicity difference with MDGPV and MDPV was mainly expressed in VP1 protein.
