运用EDEM软件对"十"字形零件在不同纵横尺寸(X、Y)下粉末填充行为进行了数值模拟。结果表明,随着横向尺寸(X向)增加,颗粒间压缩力是递减的。而在相同X值的情况下,十字形零件对应的部位的压力随着纵向尺寸(Y值)的减小而减小。通过比较分析,其横向尺寸对压力的影响比纵向尺寸影响大。
EDEM software was employed to simulate filling behavior of metal powder for preparing the cross shaped parts with different dimensions(X and Y).The simulated results show that the inside pressure is decreased gradually along the transverse direction of the cross shaped parts,and at the same Xvalue of the cross shaped parts,the pressure is decreased with the Y value decrease.With a comprehensive comparison,the influence of the lateral size is larger than that of longitudinal size.
