为研究花叶九节木[Psychotria siamica(Craib)Hutch.]中的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离和纯化,并通过波谱学方法鉴定其化学成分的结构。结果表明,从花叶九节木中分离得到7个化合物,经波谱解析确定化合物分别为正三十五烷、正二十四烷酸、正二十六烷酸、β-谷甾醇、熊果酸、间苯二酚、胡萝卜苷,这是首次从该植物中分离得到上述7种化合物。
To study the chemical constituents of Psychotria siamica(Craib) Hutch.. The methods of silica column chromatography and recrystallization were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of P. siamica. Seven compounds were isolated and identified as n-pentatriacontane, n-tetracosanoic acid, n-hexacosanoic acid, β-sitosterol,ursolic acid,resorcinol,daucosterol. The seven compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
