针对平底锥阀和全锥锥阀在大行程时流动状况的不同,对平底锥阀采用传统液动力公式做液动力计算的可行性进行了研究.首先利用流场仿真技术得到阀内流场信息,根据锥阀底部压力分布,指出需采用包含整个阀芯锥面的控制体积的必要性.根据流体力学动量定理推导出了更加精确实用的液动力计算公式,并与试验数据进行比较.结果表明,计算公式适用于平底锥阀液动力的计算,且便于工程实际应用,为阀的特性研究和设计优化提供了理论依据。
To investigate the traditional formula feasibility for truncated poppet valve,the flow field is obtained through the simulation technology.Based on the pressure distribution of the cone,it is found that the control volume containing the whole the cone is necessity.The more accurate flow force formula is obtained and compares with the experimental data.The results show that the formula is suitable for the truncated poppet valve and can be conveniently applied for practical purpose.It provides the theory basis for the valve characteristic study and optimization design.
