目的:初步探讨朱唇可能的化学成分及研究其止血活性。方法:采用系统预实验法对朱唇的提取物可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。并通过体外促凝血实验,研究朱唇的止血活性。结果:朱唇中可能含有多糖、苷类、黄酮等丰富化学成分。另外,朱唇提取物具有显著的止血作用。结论:初步鉴定朱唇含有丰富的活性成分,为深度研究和开发朱唇的植物资源提供实验基础。朱唇提取物具有较好止血活性,为寻找新止血药物提供基础。
Obiective: To identify the chemical components and hemostatic activity of Salvia coccinea L.. Methods:The extracted from Salvia coccinea L. was studied using test tube method, the chemical components of Salvia coccinea L. were preliminarily demonstrated. And the hemostatic active of Salvia coccinea L in vitro were observed by procoagulation. Results: Salvia coccinea L. might exist variety ofhemostatic effect in Salvia coccinea L., for example, polysaccharide, glycosides, flavonoids, etc. In addition, Salvia coccinea L. has evident hemostatic function. Conclusion:Diverse chemical components exist in Salvia coccinea L., which provides foundation for further study and application of Salvia coccinea L.. Diverse hemostasis natural products exist in Salvia coccinea L. extract, which provide a basis for developing new hemostasis drug.
