针对大渡河干流多业主开发,发电补偿关系复杂的问题,采用多目标梯级电站联合优化运行模型,分别计算“有双有瀑”、“无双有瀑”和“无双无瀑”情形下,设计丰水年、设计平水年和设计枯水年梯级电站发电量;通过对比“有双有瀑”、“无双有瀑”和“无双无瀑”情形下梯级发电情况,分析联合优化运行下大渡河梯级的发电补偿效益;结合多业主开发河流补偿效益分摊难以实施的现状,提出基于可信任第三方的流域统一调度模式,以保障流域梯级电站联合运行及效益的合理分摊。
Aiming at the multi-owners problems and the complex compensation relationship of Dadu River cascade hydropower ,coor‐dinated optimal operation models were used to calculate the generated energy under some circumstances .Compensation benefits under coordinated optimal operation were studied through the comparison with different cases .Combined with the current situation of diffi‐culty in sharing compensation benefits ,the mode of reservoirs operation based on trusted third party was put forward ,which might guarantee coordinated operation of cascade hydropower station and benefits sharing in a reasonable way .
