为提高径流预测精度,减轻径流预测工作强度,基于Windows服务和优化技术,采用面向对象编程语言C#及ASP.NET开发工具,开发了扩展性好、移植性强的自动化、智能化径流预测系统。文中叙述了该系统的开发目标、结构功能及特点、采用的关键技术。该系统已应用于多个流域水电站,实际运行情况表明,系统运行稳定,效果良好。
In order to improve the accuracy of runoff forecasting and reduce the intensity of runoff forecasting work, an intelligent runoff forecasting system based on Windows Service and optimal technology is developed by use of the object orient program language C# and ASP . NET tool. The development objectives, structural function, key techniques and standardized design of the system are discussed, and the key problems and some countermeasures in system design are put forward. Practices in several hydropower stations show that the system is stable and effective in operation.
