目的:对产于湖北蕲春的艾叶进行化学成分分离与结构鉴定。方法:利用大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20、MCI gel CHP-20、制备型HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用MS、UV、^1H—NMR、^13C-NMR及二维核磁共振等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从蕲艾叶中分离到6个黄酮单体化合物,分别为5,7,3′,4L四羟基二氢黄酮(1)、5,7,3′,4'-四羟基,6-甲氧基黄酮(2)、5,7,4′,5'-四羟基,3′,6-二甲氧基黄酮(3)、芹菜素(4)、木樨草素(5)和槲皮素(6)。结论:化合物1~3均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:The paper aims to isolate the chemical constituents of Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant from QiChun county in Huibei province and identify their structures. Methods:The compound were isolated by macro absorption resin, Sephadex LH-20, MCI gel CHP-20, preparative HPLC and identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis, such as MS, UV, 1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR and 2D-NMR . Results: The results showed that six flavonoids compounds were identified as 5,7,3′,4′- tetrahydroxy, dirnethoxylflavonids ( 1 ), 5,7, 3 ′, 4′-tetrahydroxy, 6-methoxylflavonids ( 2 ), 5,7,4′, 5′-tetrahydroxy, 3 ′, 6-dimethoxy Conclusion: Howere, the compounds ( 1 )- ( 3 ) were firstly isolated and i-dentified from this plant.
