灸法，作为与中药、针刺并列的三大中医疗法之一，从古自今在临床上发挥着重要的作用。古代医籍关于灸材的记栽形式多样，随着现代科学的不断进步，先进的科学技术也在不断的融入到灸法中来。本文从灸法传承，深化灸法研究的目的出发，通过传统药物（灯火灸，药烟灸，天灸）与现代科技（电热灸，红外照射，温热磁疗）相结合等角度，重点阐述如今常用非艾灸法在临床上的应用，希望对灸法的创新提供帮助。

The moxibustion, takes and the traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture one ot compounct mree major ana meatum treatment law, from ancient is playing the vital role from now on clinical. The medical nationality was ancient times various about the moxibustion material＇s record, along with modern science unceasing progress, advanced science and technology also in unceas- ing integration to moxibustion. This article from the moxibustion inheritance, the deepened moxibustion research＇s goal embarks, through the traditional medicine （lights moxibustion, medicine smoke moxibustion, day moxibustion） with the modern science and technology （electric heating moxibustion, infrared illumination, tepid magnetism therapy） unifies and so on angles, the key elabora- tion the commonly used non--Moxa law on clinical the application, hoped now provides the help to the moxibustion innovation.
