以焦性没食子酸与叔丁醇为原料,在磷酸条件下,微波催化合成5-叔丁基连苯三酚。通过正交实验得出合成5-叔丁基连苯三酚的优化条件为：n（连苯三酚）∶n（叔丁醇）=5∶8,反应时间为7 min,反应强度为中低火（231 W）,收率达56.2%。

英文摘要：

5-tert-Butylpyrogallol by microwave in phosphoric acid. medium low heat and the molar rati was synthesized in 56.2% yield from gallic acid and tert-butyl alcohol catalyzed The optimal conditions were obtained with the reaction time of 7 rain under o of gallic acid to tert-butyl alcohol was 5 to 8.
