从中医学和现代医学的不同角度简要概述了腹泻型肠易激综合征（Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS）的发病机制,同时介绍了近年来艾灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的作用原理及临床研究概况,并就目前研究中存在的问题作了述评与思考。

英文摘要：

This paper gives a brief overview of pathogenesis of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） from different aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.It also introduces mechanism and clinical research of moxibustion in treating diarrhea-predominant IBS in recent years,and makes commentary and pondering of existing problems in present research.
