目的回顾1949年至2010年针灸文献,探讨针灸治疗类风湿关节炎用穴和治疗方法的规律。方法根据《中医针灸信息库》数据,采用计量分析方法进行综合分析。结果曲池、足三里、阳陵泉、外关应用频次为最高。治疗方法以灸法为最多,针刺次之,耳针疗法再次之。结论灸法、针刺疗法是治疗类风湿关节炎的常用和有效方法。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the regularities of acupoint selection and treatment method of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA） by reviewing the relevant data from 1949 to 2010. Methods The data were comprehensively analyzed by using quantitative analytic method based on the China Modern Acupuncture-moxibustion Information Database. Results Quchi（LI 11）, Zusanli（ST 36）, Yanglingquan（GB 34）, and Waiguan（TE 5） are most frequently used. Moxibustion ranks the top among the treatment methods, followed by acupuncture, and then auricular acupuncture. Conclusion Moxibustion and acupuncture therapies are effective and commonly-used methods in treating RA.
