吴焕淦教授对于各种难治性肠腑病症的针灸治疗积累了丰富的临床经验,尤其运用隔药灸结合针刺治疗克罗恩病颇多效验。克罗恩病是一种胃肠道慢性炎性疾病,常反复发作,缠绵难愈,且并症多端。吴焕淦教授认为本病的主要病机为脾肾亏虚、肠络气血瘀滞,由此提出"温养脾胃,补肾通络"治疗原则以指导针灸辨治不同证型克罗恩病,疗效卓著。文章撷取脾胃虚弱兼湿热内蕴型、脾肾亏虚兼肝郁气滞型、脾肾阳虚兼肠络瘀滞型克罗恩病验案3则,以期对临床有所裨益。

英文摘要:

Professor WU Huan-gan accumulated rich clinical experience in treating various intractable gastrointestinal diseases with acupuncture, especially in treating crohn's disease(CD) with combination of acupuncture and drugs-partitioned moxibustion. CD was a chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease of gastrointestinal tract with long course and many complications. Professor WU considered that the main pathogenesis of CD was deficiency of spleen and kidney, and qi and blood stagnation in intestinal collaterals, so he put forward the treatment principle as warming spleen and stomach and invigorating the kidney for dredging channels, in order to provide guidance for differentiating and treating CD with acupuncture. This paper listed 3 proved cases of CD patients with different syndromes such as syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach combining with syndrome of interior dampness-heat, syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney combining with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi, and syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney combining with syndrome of qi and blood stagnation in intestinal collaterals, hoping to benefit clinical work.
