目的对1954年至2010年间有关艾条灸的针灸论文进行文献计量分析与评价，以期客观地反映艾条灸的疾病谱及适A病症。方法根据《中医针灸信息库》中的数据，采用文献计量分析方法进行统计。结果和结论艾条灸疾病谱涉及269个病种，总病例为121810例，有效病例为114726例，平均有效率为94．2％。艾条灸适宜病症为面神经麻痹，常用适A病症为颈椎病、带状疱疹、尿潴留、腹泻，次常用适宜病症为胎位不正、遗尿、失眠症。
英文摘要：
Objective To make a bibliometric analysis and evaluation of papers on moxa stick moxibustion published from 1954 to 2010, thus to objectively reflect the disease spectrum ofmoxa stick moxibustion and its indications. Method Data were extracted from the Acupuncture-moxibustion Information Databank, and then analyzed by using bibliometric analysis method. Result and Conclusion The disease spectrum of moxa stick moxibustion therapy involves 269 kinds of diseases. Of the total 121 810 cases, there are 114 726 effective cases, and the mean effective rate is 94.2%. The most proper indication of moxa stick moxibustion therapy is facial paralysis. The common proper indications are cervical spondylosis, herpes zoster, uroschesis and diarrhea. The next comnaon proper indications are malposition, enuresis and insomnia.
