目的探讨麦粒灸对溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)大鼠结肠及下丘脑辣椒素受体1(VR1)的影响。方法采用免疫学方法加局部刺激制备实验性UC大鼠模型,随机分为模型组和治疗组,并与正常组作对照,治疗组施以麦粒灸治疗,采用免疫组化染色法观察结肠及下丘脑VR1的表达。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠结肠及下丘脑VR1的表达明显增强(P〈0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠结肠及下丘脑VR1的表达明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论实验性UC模型大鼠结肠及下丘脑VR1增加,麦粒灸可以降低UC大鼠结肠及下丘脑VR1的表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion on ulcerative colitis rats' vanilloid receptor subtype 1(VR1) of colon and hypothalamus. Methods The experimental rats model of ulcerative colitis were estabelished by immunological methods and local stimulation. Rats were randomly allocated to model group,treatment group and control group. The treatment group received moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone. VR1 in colon and hypothalamus in the experimental rats were assayed with immunohistochemical staining. Results Compared with the control group,VR1 of the colonic and hypothalamus were higher in the model group(P〈0.05). Compared with the model group,VR1 of colonic and hypothalamus were significantly lower in the treatment group(P〈0.05). Conclusions VR1 of colonic and hypothalamus increases in rats with ulcerative colitis. The moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone could decrease VR1 of colonic mucosa and hypothalamus in the experimental rat model of ulcerative colitis.
