目的:该文旨在为理解艾灸在温热条件下的药物作用机制提供实验事实,同时也为发明热疗法相关仪器提供导向。方法:采用药物透皮扩散试验仪,以离体鼠皮为透皮屏障,通过设置5个不同的温度,分别在每个温度下取5个不同时间点收集样品,以1,8-桉叶油素作为外标,利用气相色谱仪测定蕲艾挥发油在测定样品中的累积量。结果:实验结果表明温度对透皮吸收的影响规律更符合指数方程ln S=a+b/T;但是以正常体温为界明显分成两段,分别进行拟合更符合规律,高温透皮吸收远远高于低温。结论:温度对透皮吸收有很大影响,在合理的温度范围内,提高温度,透过率大大增加。
Objective:This paper aims to find experimental facts to help understanding the mechanism of moxibustion under warm conditions,to guided the invention of thermal therapy instruments. Methods:With the drug transdermal diffusion tester,excised rat skin were used as permeation barrier,collecting 5 samples at this 5 different time points,using gas chromatography for the determination of the cumulant of volatile oil extracted from Artemisia argyi in the determined sample with 1,8-cineole as the external standard. Results:The results show that the influence of temperatures on the transdermal absorption match the indicial equation ln S=a+b/T,but it is clearly divided into two sections by normothermia,respectively,separately fitting conforms to the law,transdermal absorption through the skin under high temperature is much higher than under low temperature. Conclusion:The temperature has a strong effect on transdermal absorption,increasing the temperature within a reasonable range of temperatures will greatly promote through rate increases.
