目的 观察不同浓度艾灸生成物对SD大鼠脑神经系统形态学的影响.方法 将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、低剂量艾灸生成物组、中剂量艾灸生成物组、高剂量艾灸生成物组、高剂量艾灸生成物恢复组.低剂量艾灸生成物组、中剂量艾灸生成物组、高剂量艾灸生成物组,艾灸生成物与纯净气的浓度比分别为0.4:2.0、0.8:2.0、1.6:2.0,每天暴露4h,每星期5次,持续60 d;高剂量艾灸生成物恢复组经60 d高剂量艾灸生成物刺激后,在空气中自然暴露21 d作为恢复期.正常对照组大鼠不进行任何艾灸生成物干预,常规饲养60 d.光学显微镜下观察各组大鼠大脑皮层、海马、小脑病理形态,透射电镜下观察海马超微形态.结果 各组大鼠大脑皮层、海马、小脑细胞病理形态无明显差异,海马超微结构形态无明显差异.结论 艾灸生成物对大鼠脑神经系统形态无明显影响.
Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of moxibustion-produced substances on the morphology of the nervous system in SD rat brain.Method Forty rats were randomly allocated to normal control,low-dose moxibustion-producedsubstances,middle-dose moxibustion-produced substances,high-dose moxibustion-produced substances and high-dose moxibustion-produced substances restoration groups.The concentration ratio of moxibustion-produced substances to pure air was 0.4:2.0 in the low-dose moxibustion-produced substances group,0.8:2.0 in the middle-dose moxibustionproduced substances group and 1.6:2.0 in the high-dose moxibustion-produced substances group.These three groups were exposed 4 hrs daily,5 times a week,for 60 consecutive days.The high-dose moxibustion-produced substances restoration group was stimulated with high-dose moxibustion-produced substances for 60 days and then exposed to air for 21 days as a restoration stage.The normal control group of rats was not treated with any moxibustion-produced substances and routinely fed for 60 days.The pathological forms of cerebral cortex,hippocampi and cerebella were observed by optical microscopy and hippocampal ultrastructures,by transmission electron microscopy in every group of rats.Result There were no statistically significant differences in the pathological forms of cerebral cortex,hippocampi and cerebella,and hippocampal ultrastructures between various groups of rats.Conclusion Moxibustion-produced substances have no marked effect on the morphology of the nervous system in rat brain.
