捅要:该研究针对无清洁生产标准行业企业如何开展清洁生产审核工作、挖掘其清洁生产潜力的问题,构建了一套定性与定量相结合的因子分析方法,并以一家光学玻璃制造企业为例,重点介绍因子分析法在实例中的应用,并从审核成本、审核时间及审核成效与传统审核方法进行对比,探讨因子分析法在无标准行业清洁生产审核工作中的可行性。实例分析表明,因子分析法的审核时间可比传统审核方法缩短40%,审核工作成本比传统审核方法降低32%,审核效益可达到传统审核方法的97.90%。该研究提出的因子分析方法,为无标准行业企业的清洁生产审核工作提供了一种新的方法和思路。
In order to conduct cleaner production audit for enterprises belonging to no-cleaner production standard industry, a factor analysis framework combined with qualitative and quantitative method was pro- posed in this study. As a demonstration, an optical glass lens manufacturer was audited for cleaner pro- duction using the factor analysis method and the traditional cleaner production audit (CPA) method re- spectively. The result showed that, comparing with the traditional CPA method, using the factor analysis method could reduce CPA time by 40% and CPA cost by 32%, but obtain 97.90% audit benefits. This work provided a new approach and idea for cleaner production audit in no-standard industry.
