对开花后5d、1Od、15 d、20 d、25 d、30 d、35 d的小麦种子活力及贮藏物质含量的变化规律进行研究.结果表明,开花后5d的种子不具有发芽能力,开花后10 d的种子具有发芽能力.并且随着种子成熟度的提高,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数呈上升趋势.发芽指数在花后5d开始升高,花后20 d达到最大值,活力指数在花后30 d达到最大值;千粒重在开花后5-30 d呈不断增大趋势,30 d达到最大值,之后千粒重稍有下降;籽粒总蛋白质含量呈不断下降趋势,花后15 d蛋白质含量降到最低,之后蛋白质含量趋于平稳;可溶性蛋白含量呈现“缓慢上升-变化平缓-迅速上升”的变化规律;淀粉含量呈现逐渐增大的趋势.典型相关分析结果表明,发芽率和活力指数与淀粉含量、千粒重的相关性较强,淀粉含量和千粒重可以作为衡量种子活力的一项重要指标.
The vitality and stored carbohydrate of wheat seeds with different maturity,at 5 d,10 d,15 d,20 d,25 d,30 d and 35 d after flowered were studied in this paper.The result showed that wheat seed do not have germination ability after blossom 5 days,It can germinated after blossom 10 days,the germination rate.Meanwhile germination potential,sprouting index and vigor index of wheat seeds increased with the increase of seed maturity,Germination index increased after flowering 5 days and it reached the maximum value after flowering 20 days.Vigor index reached maximum after blossom 30 days.1 000-grain weight showed on the increase after blossom 5-30 days and it reached the maximum after blossom 30 days,After that,1 000-grain weight decreases slightly.The decline rate was great in the total protein content of grain,it was minimum after blossom 15 days,then it reached a plateau.The contents of souble protein of wheat seeds present the trend of increased rapidly-changes smoothly-increased rapidly.The content of amylon was continuously increased.The result of canonical correlation analysis showed:there has a significant correlates between germination potential,vigor index,the content of amylon,1 000-grain weight.The content of amylon and 1 000-grain-weight were an important index which indicated the vigor of wheat seeds.
