归芪聪志汤对VD大鼠模型脑组织热休克蛋白表达的影响

目的:研究逍遥散对D-半乳糖所致阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠记忆能力及血清SOD、MDA、Ch AT、Ach E活性的影响,探讨逍遥散防治阿尔茨海默病的作用及其机制。方法:50只SPF级KM小鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,逍遥散低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。腹腔注射D-半乳糖复制阿尔茨海默病小鼠模型并以逍遥散不同剂量进行干预防治,给药第41天进行学习能力训练,第42天进行记忆功能测试,然后股动脉取血测定血清SOD、MDA、Ch AT、Ach E活性。结果:逍遥散低、中、高剂量组均可提高小鼠记忆潜伏时间,降低错误次数,提高血清SOD、Ch AT活性,降低MDA、Ach E活性,但记忆功能及血清SOD、MDA、Ch AT、Ach E的改善皆以逍遥散高剂量组最为明显。结论:逍遥散能较好的改善阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠记忆功能、抗氧化能力及中枢神经递质活性,对阿尔茨海默病具有较好的防治作用。

英文摘要:

Objective: To investigate the effects of Xiaoyao Powder on the memory function and activity of SOD, MDA, Ch AT and Ach E in serum of D-galactose induced Alzheimer disease(AD) mice model, and to discuss the effect and mechanism of Xiaoyao Powder on the prevention and treatment of AD. Methods: Fifty SPF KM mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, Xiaoyao Powder low, middle, and high dose group, 10 mice of each group. The AD mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose, and treated with Xiaoyao Powder with different doses. In the day 42, after training of learning and memory test, the memory function of mice were measured; the blood samples were collected from the femoral artery, and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), choline acetyl transferase(Ch AT), acetyl cholinesterase(Ach E) were detected. Results: Different doses of Xiaoyao Powder improved the memory latency time of AD model mice, reduced the number of errors, and improved the activity of SOD, Ch AT, decreased the activity of MDA, Ach E in serum. In addition, the Xiaoyao Powder group of high dose showed the most obviously improvement. Conclusion: Xiaoyao Powder could improve the memory function, antioxidant capacity and the activity of central nervous transmitter of AD model mice, and has good effect on the prevention and treatment of AD.
