乡镇政府中的社会交换现象可以被视为一般社会环境下原子式交换过程在政府组织中的延续。布劳的微观社会交换过程模型并不能解释中国情境下乡镇干部的社会交换行为,改进后的模型包括需求认知、供方寻找、交换能力展示、获取与回报四个环节。实证演绎的结果表明,未来的乡镇行政体制改革应当强调绩效考核的多元化,并加强制度化建设,同时还要强化系统化的改革思维。
Social exchange phenomena abound in the township government, but did not cause academia enough attention. The actors in the township government are socialized. Their social exchange behavior to a certain extent should be regarded as a con- tinuation of the general social environment atomic exchange process in the organization. But Blau's micro-social exchange process model does not explain the phenomenon of social exchange in Chinese grass-root governments.
