近年来,随着网络反腐事件层出不穷,如何对其进行正确引导和充分利用,成为当前我国政府治理的新课题。基于对2008年至2012年的60例网络反腐事件的整理和分析,可以发现网络反腐在官员级别、网络媒介、腐败类型、官民互动等方面存在深层次特征。以信息源、主观动机、互动过程为维度,可将网络反腐事件区分为曝光型和实名举报型两大类,依据案例可得出后者逐渐增多的趋势。以网络反腐现象的现状为基础,可以在制度体系、现实需求、网络环境、政府行为模式和行政文化五个方面,对网络反腐的内在机理进行分析,建立对网络反腐现象的深度理解。
Recently, Online Anti-Corruption events have become more and more. It have been a new issue in China's governance that how we can steer and utilize them properly. The 60 cases occurred between 2008 and 2012 show some deep-seated features of china's Online Anti-Corruption in some aspects such as ranks of officials accused, types of network media, types of corruption, interaction between official and civil. By differences in some aspects such as information resource, subjective motive, interaction process, Online Anti-Corruption events may be divided as two types: "Type Exposure" and "Type Autonym". It's obvious that events of "Type Autonym" have a rising percentage. Based on the status quo, this article analyzes the inner mechanism in China's online anti-corruption in the five dimension (institutional system, practical needs, internet environment, the government behavior patterns and administrative culture) and eventually reaches a deep-seated comprehension.
