宝兰客专徐家川黄土隧道采用三台阶七步流水法施工,围岩变形大、施工难度大。文章通过现场监控量测,研究了围岩压力、钢拱架应力、初期支护与二次衬砌接触压力、二次衬砌钢筋轴力和混凝土应变等随时间变化的规律及分布特征,并对实际工程的安全状态进行了评估。通过监控量测及数据分析,掌握了隧道工程施工的一般规律和特点,可为今后类似黄土隧道工程的设计施工提供参考。
The Xujiachuan loess tunnel on the Baoji-Lanzhou PDL was constructed by the three-bench and sev- en-step assembly-line construction method, and being characterized by its large deformation of surrounding rock, it was very difficult to construct. In this paper, the time-dependent change rules and distribution tendencies of the sur- rounding rock pressure, steel arch stress, contact pressure between the primary lining and secondary lining, and the axial force of the secondary lining reinforcement and concrete strain are studied by in-situ monitoring measure- ments and the safety of practical engineering is assessed. The general rule and characteristics of the tunnel' s con- struction are concluded through in-situ monitoring measurements and data analysis, which can provide a reference for the construction of similar loess tunnels in the future.
