为制备与水泥界面具有良好黏结能力的水泥混凝土路面裂缝用改性水泥胶浆，以聚合物乳液、树脂、超细水泥和外加剂为原料配制了聚合物改性水泥胶浆。运用正交试验与模糊数学分析结合的方法，在建立抗压强度、抗折强度、黏附性、流动度多目标隶属度函数的基础上，以模糊综合评价值为目标函数，对灌缝砂浆配制方案进行评定。结果表明：利用模糊正交法能够得出灌缝砂浆各影响因素的主效应和交互效应，并得出一个灌缝砂浆的最佳配制方案。
英文摘要：
In order to improve the bonding capacity of polymer modified cement mortar for cementation of fissures, a kind of cement mortar is prepared with Polymer emulsion, cement, resin and admixtures as materials.With the method of fuzzy orthogonal, taking the value of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the target function,preparation scheme of cement mortar concrete admixture is evaluated, based on the multiple target membership function of the compressive strength, flexural strength, Fluidity and bonding capacity.The result shows that using the method of fuzzy orthogonal can evaluate the main effect and interaction of every factor and obtain the best preparation scheme for cement mortar, and obtain the best preparation scheme for Polymer modified cement mortar.
