碳排放问题已逐渐从环境问题转为资源问题、发展问题,云南省作为低碳经济示范省份之一,碳减排的进展对我国具有一定的指导意义。文章利用云南省1978-2013年碳排放数据以及云南省经济发展水平、产业发展现状等统计资料,构建STIRPAT拓展模型,分析了人口规模、经济水平以及技术水平对碳排放的影响,提出了相关建议。

The problem of carbon emissions has gradually changed from the environmental problem to the problem of resources and the development,Yunnan province is one of the provinces of low carbon economy,and the progress of its carbon emission reduction work has a certain significance to the treatment of carbon emissions in China. According to the data of carbon emissions in Yunnan province 1978- 2013 and using the STIRPAT model,Establishing the STIRPAT extended model,from three categories of population,economy and technology to simulation the formula for the impact of carbon emission of Yunnan Province by the actual situation of Yunnan Province that the current level of economy development and industrial development present situation,etc. And to research and analysis the effect mechanism on carbon emissions qualitatively and quantitatively.According to the calculation results,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the carbon reduction of Yunnan province are put forward.
