废棉短绒发酵基质在温室辣椒无土穴盘育苗上的应用

以辣椒为试材,利用废棉短绒发酵基质与蛭石进行不同配比为处理,研究了不同配比基质的理化性质和对无土穴盘辣椒幼苗各项生长指标的影响,以筛选出温室辣椒最适宜育苗基质配方。结果表明:废棉短绒发酵基质与蛭石按1∶2体积比的基质配方在温室辣椒育苗中幼苗生长势最好,株高12.25cm、茎粗0.162cm、地上部鲜质量7.05g·株-1、地下部鲜质量2.36g·株-1、地上部干质量0.75g·株-1、地下部干质量0.24g·株-1、壮苗指数0.330;而此基质配比的持水孔隙50.00%、通气孔隙18.15%、总孔隙度68.15、容重是0.30g·cm-3、水气比2.75、pH 8.12、EC值1.16mS·cm-1,是适宜温室辣椒育苗的理想基质配方。

Pepper was used as material, the effect of compound growth media which consist of fermentation waste linter matrix and vermiculite according to different ratios on the physical and chemical properties of compound growth media and the growth of pepper seedling was discussed. The results showed that the compound growth media of fermentation waste linter matrix and vermiculite prepared according to 1:2 volume ratio was the most suitable matrix based on the best growing for pepper seedling in greenhouse. At this situation,the height was 12. 25 era, the diameter of stem was 0. 162 em,the fresh weight of overground and underground were 7. 05 g and 2. 36 g for each plant,as well as,the dry weight of overground and underground were 0. 75 g and 0. 24 g for each plant. Besides, index of vigorous seedling was 0. 330. And the ratio of the water-holding porosity was 50. 00% ,ventilation pore was 18. 15% ,total porosity was 68. 15, unit weight was 0. 30 g·cm-3 ,water-gas ratio was 2. 75,pH was 8. 12,EC value was 1.16 mS·cm-1. Above all,this ratio of matrix was the most ideal for the growth of pepper seedling.
