针对弗兰克-赫兹实验手动测量数据量大且精度不高的问题,提出利用数字示波器对弗兰克-赫兹实验仪自动测量的数据进行采集,并利用Origin对采集到的数据进行处理和分析,计算氩原子的第一激发电位,简化了实验过程,提高了数据处理速度和测量精度.
A novel method for automatic measurement and data processing of Franck-Hertz experiment is presented. The software Origin is used for data processing and analyzing of the automatically measured data collected from a digital oscilloscope. Then the first excitation potential of argon atom is obtained. Compared with the manual measurement method, this automatic method can simplify the experimental procedure and improve the efficiency and accuracy of this experiment.
