目的:比较黄蜀葵花、茎、叶多糖和黄酮的含量。方法:采用UV法测定黄蜀葵花、茎、叶中的多糖和黄酮,采用HPLC法测定黄蜀葵黄酮中金丝桃苷的含量。结果:黄蜀葵花多糖浸膏得率26.0%,多糖含量17.0%;黄蜀葵茎多糖浸膏得率12.3%,多糖含量11.6%;黄蜀葵叶多糖浸膏得率19.0%,多糖含量14.8%。黄蜀葵花黄酮浸膏得率30.5%,总黄酮含量3.45%;黄蜀葵茎黄酮浸膏得率10.0%,总黄酮含量0.68%;黄蜀葵叶黄酮浸膏得率16.5%,总黄酮含量1.05%。黄蜀葵茎和叶未检测到金丝桃苷,黄蜀葵花中金丝桃苷含量为1.86%,符合2015版《中国药典》规定。结论:黄蜀葵不同部位的多糖和黄酮含量存在较大差异,黄蜀葵茎和叶不可替代黄蜀葵花,但可以用于提取多糖。本试验为黄蜀葵的开发利用提供参考数据。
Objective:To compare polysaccharides and flavones content in Abelmoschus manihot different parts.Methods:Polysaccharides and flavones of Abelmoschus manihot flower,stem and leaf were determined by UV.Hyperoside of Abelmoschus manihot was determined by HPLC. Results:The polysaccharide extract yield of flowers is 26. 0% and polysaccharide content is 17. 0%. The polysaccharide extract yield of stems is 12. 3% and polysaccharide content is 11. 6%. The polysaccharide extract yield of leaves is 19. 0% and polysaccharide content is 14. 8%. The flavones extract yield of flowers is 30. 5% and flavones content is 3. 45%. The flavones extract yield of stems is 10. 0% and flavones content is 0. 68%. The flavones extract yield of leaves is 16. 5% and flavones content is 1. 05%. Hyperoside in Abelmoschus manihot stems and leaves was not detected. Hyperoside content in Abelmoschus manihot flowers is 1. 86%. Conclusion:There is a big difference of polysaccharides and flavones content in Abelmoschus manihot different parts. This test provides reference for the development and utilization of Abelmoschus manihot.
