为确保储芯机构设计和工作的可靠性,对储芯机构的动力学特性进行了分析。首先,将转盘油缸的活塞杆等效为一滑块,两端的铰接耳等效为转动副,构建了活塞杆驱动储芯机构的动力学模型;其次,采用Simulink建立了活塞杆驱动储芯机构的仿真模型,并对该机构进行了运动学和动力学分析。仿真分析了储芯机构的运动规律,以及不同驱动速度下,铰接点和油缸受力的变化规律,给深海底钻机储芯机构运动参数的确定提供了指导,也为储芯机构关键部件的设计提供了理论依据。
In order to ensure the design and working reliability,the dynamic characteristics of disc storing mechanism for benthic drill are analyzed.With the piston rod made equivalent to a slide and the engaging lugs at the end of a cylinder to the revolute joint,the dynamic model of disc storing mechanism driven by piston rod is made.The simulation model for the mechanism using Simulink is established and the analysis of kinemics and dynamics is done.The characteristics of motion for disc storing mechanism are acquired.The variations of force on the engaging lugs and driven cylinder under different driving velocities are got.These provide a guidance for choosing moving parameters and a theoretical basis for design of the key parts of the mechanism.
