近年来,随着中低位直肠癌发病率的上升,对其进行准确的TN分期对于随后的治疗方案的制定起着及其重要的作用。与CT、MRI等其他影像学技术相比,超声内镜（EUS）在中低位直肠癌术前分期,术后随访以及放化疗后效果的评估等方面具有独特的优势。
英文摘要：
Recently with the increasement of the incidence of mid-low rectal cancer,the accurate TN staging becomes more important for making the treatment plan. Compared with CT,MRI and other radiological technology, endoscopic ultrasonography（EUS） has the advantages in the respects of staging before operation,follow-up after operation and evaluation of the effects of radio therapy and chemotherapy.
