目的观察隔药灸干预胰岛素抵抗作用的量效关系。方法将100例胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为治疗A组(26例)、治疗B组(27例)、治疗C组(23例)与对照组(24例),治疗A、B、C组均采用隔药灸治疗,每次治疗时间分别为20 min、30 min、40 min,对照组采用西药治疗。分别在治疗前后观察空腹血糖、高密度胆固醇脂蛋白、胰岛素、甘油三酯、腰围、胰岛素抵抗指数。结果治疗B组疗效最佳,明显优于治疗A、C组及对照组。4组治疗后血糖、甘油三酯、高密度胆固醇脂蛋白均有明显改善(P〈0.05),治疗A组和治疗B组的腰围、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数明显改善(P〈0.05),治疗B组高密度胆固醇脂蛋白、胰岛素、腰围、胰岛素抵抗指数明显优于治疗A、C组及对照组(P〈0.05)。结论隔药灸干预胰岛素抵抗作用明显,以30 min疗效最佳,疗效与口服西药相似,但副反应显著降低,并具有操作简便等特点。
Objective To observe the dose-response relationship in the intervention of insulin resistance(IR) with partitioned moxibustion. Method A hundred IR patients were randomized into treatment group A(26 cases), treatment group B(27 cases), treatment group C(23 cases), and a control group(24 cases). Treatment group A, B, and C were given partitioned moxibustion, respectively for 20 min, 30 min, and 40 min each session; the control group was intervened by Western medication. Before and after intervention, the fasting blood glucose, high-density lipoprotein(HDL), insulin, triglyceride, waist circumference(WC), and insulin resistance index(IRI) were observed. Result The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group B ranked the top, significantly better than that of treatment group A, treatment group C, and the control group. The fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, and HDL were significantly improved after intervention in the four groups(P〈0.05); the WC, insulin, and IRI levels were significantly improved in treatment group A and B(P〈0.05); the HDL, insulin, WC, IRI levels in treatment group B were markedly superior to that in treatment group A, treatment group C, and the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Partitioned moxibustion is effective in intervening IR, and a treatment session of 30 min can produce the highest therapeutic efficacy which is equivalent to that of Western medication, but with a significantly lower adverse effect and easy operation process.
