高职语文教学行为实践过程中绩效意识淡薄是普遍存在的现象。针对高职学生学习语文的积极性与主动性欠佳的现状,结合目前高职语文绩效研究主要关注结果和管理功能的情况,通过分析教学行为过程中高职语文教师的个人影响因素,探讨以提高学生学习语文的积极性与主动性的方法来提升高职语文教学绩效的策略。
It is a universal phenomenon that performance consciousness is not laid emphasis on in higher vocational Chinese teaching practice. In view of students poor enthusiasm and initiative in learning Chi- nese, and present relevant researches mainly focusing on results and management functions, this paper analyzes how teachers' personalities influence students in teaching process, and explores strategies of Chi- nese teaching performance by means of promoting students' enthusiasm and initiative to learn Chinese.
