随着塑料大棚技术的发展,塑料大棚棚顶灰尘的清理成为了一个难题,为了不影响塑料大棚内作物的光照度,大棚清洗机随之衍生。结合塑料大棚的结构特点以及塑料大棚清洗机的行走方式进行了研究,采用无刷直流电机作为驱动轮,应用无线电遥控技术,分别控制驱动轮的转速,使大棚清洗机两端的辅助行走轮与棚顶行走轮同步前进,从而保证了清洗机在塑料大棚棚顶上正常工作。
With the development of plastic greenhouses, plastic greenhouses roof dust cleaning has become a problem, in order not to affect the plastic canopy light intensity crops, greenhouse washing machine along with derivatives. In this paper,the structural characteristics of plastic greenhouses and plastic greenhouses walk way washing machines were studied using a brushless DC motor as a driving wheel, the application of radio-controlled technology, control the rotational speed of the drive wheels, so that the two ends of the auxiliary shed washing machine and walk round ceiling walking round abreast, thus ensuring the washing machine to work properly on a plastic greenhouse roof.
