采用样线法、样点法、红外相机陷阱法对河南省域高压输电线路在2013年2月至2015年1月的涉鸟故障进行调查监测,并对该地区在2003至2013年间的涉鸟故障相关信息进行统计分析研究,确认发生的涉鸟故障有64次。研究表明:涉鸟故障的发生具有显著的地域特征,其中豫中西部共发生53次,占82.8%;豫中东部共发生11次,占17.2%。对涉害鸟类生物学习性与环境进行深入分析,根据权重遴选出鸟害区域等级的7项关键影响因子;依据涉鸟故障特性,将涉鸟故障分为鸟巢类、鸟粪类、鸟体短接类、鸟啄类4类;依据风险等级严重程度划分为4级故障等级;绘制涉鸟故障区域及等级分布图,为科学防范涉鸟故障提供技术规范。
Using the method such as sample line method, sample point method, infrared camera trap method to investigate and monitor the bird's fault in Henan province area high voltage transmission line from January2013 to February 2015, and the relevant information of bird fault in the area between 2003 and 2013 has been studied, and the occurrence of bird fault is confirmed to 64 times. The study shows that the occurrence of bird fault has significant regional characteristics, which occurred in the central and western regions of the53 times, accounting for 82.8%; the eastern part of the total occurred 11 times, accounting for 17.2%.Involving harm bird biological learning and environment has been carried on the thorough analysis, according to the weight of selected bird area grade 7 key influence factors. On the basis of related bird fault characteristics, involving bird fault is divided into the bird's nest, bird guano, bird short circuit, unfirm closing 4 kinds. According to the degree of risk, the level of the fault is divided into 4 levels, and the fault area and the grade distribution map are drawn.
