文章综述了国外护士间横向暴力的应对策略,包括关键对话、结构授权、团队建设、认知演习与“零容忍”等。国内医院管理者应结合我国现状,借鉴国外研究成果培训护士长处理横向暴力的能力,加强团队凝聚力,为低年资护士提供相关培训,以达到减少横向暴力发生的目的。
The article summarized the theoretical basis and coping strategies of foreign nurses" lateral violence, including crucial conversation, structural empowerment,team building, cognitive rehearsal and "zero tolerance". Domestic hospital managers should train head nurses'ability to copy with lateral violence through learning foreign research results to strengthen team cohesiveness and provide training for young nurses. Consequently, the occurrence of lateral violence could be reduced.
