目的:探索实验室中大鼠不同程度烧伤模型建立的实验条件。方法:通过燃烧实验,确定汽油混合燃料成分配比;将30只SD大鼠随机分成6组,每组5只。选取背部作为烫伤部位。第1组为正常对照组,第2、3、4、5、6组为模型实验组,各组均涂抹适中混合燃料,烧伤时间分别持续15 s,20 s,25 s,30 s,40 s。烧伤后对局部组织进行形态和组织病理观察,观察有无毛囊、汗腺等附件受损。结果:重量百分比计为35%的常压渣油燃烧时间15秒为浅II度烧伤,20-25秒为深II度烧伤,30秒以上为III度烧伤。结论:该模型可以较好地控制烧伤深度、面积,烧伤深度划分准确且操作简便,是研究烧伤修复机制及评价创面用药的较好模型。
Objective: To investigate the experimental conditions for establishing a fire burn model.Methods: The chemical composition of gasoline blended fuel was determined by the combustion experiments.30 rats were randomly divided into six groups with five rats each.All rats in the normal group were given nothing to the local skin while the rats in other groups were given gasoline blended fuel lasting 15 s,25 s 20 s,30 s,40 s,respectively.The fire burn tissues of the model groups were taken to do biopsy.Furthermore,the pathological sections were observed under microscope.Results: Weight percentage of 35% of petroleum residue burnt for 15 seconds could establish second degree superficial burn.Burnt for 20-25 seconds could establish second degree deep burn,and more than 30 seconds could establish third degree burn.Conclusion: The burn depth and area in this model could be controlled,and the degree of burn injury could be graded accurately.The result showed that it was an ideal model of skin burn wound.
