通过对常州市餐厨废弃物现状的调研,结果表明：常州市每天产生餐厨废弃物200多吨,餐厨废弃物含水率高达85%,油脂含量高达1.3%。收运过程中采用信息平台等各种渠道对收运过程进行监管,为后续的处置工程的顺利运行打下基础。同时,常州市创新性质的率先建成应急处置工程,以解决餐厨废弃物终端处置BOT项目建成前的无害化处理问题。
英文摘要：
The status of kitchen garbage in Changzhou was investigated and studied. The results showthat the output of kitchen garbage in Changzhou was estimated 200 t / d. The moisture and oil content of the kitchen garbage were up to 85% and 1. 3%. The process of collection and transportation was supervised by reviewand the platform of lawenforcement and information. At the same time,the emergency management project was built first in Changzhou,so the problem of harmless treatment because of lack of the BOT project of the kitchen garbage was solved.
