Uniform convergence and convergence rates of wavelet expansion are considered in this paper. It is shown that the wavelet expansion converges to the inverse Fourier transform of f uniformly as m tends to positive infinity and converges to 0 uniformly as m tends to negative infinity, when the support of the scale function is bounded. Moreover, by means of approximation, the estimations of their convergence rates in Sobolev space are established, respectively.
