针对某高速动车转向架构架,根据欧洲标准 EN13749对其进行载荷条件计算,得出超常工况以及一般运营工况下的载荷值组合,然后在疲劳强度试验台上对该构架进行试验,得出相应参考点的实测应力值,并通过有限元结构分析软件ANSYS对其进行验证。结果表明:构架上各参考点的应力值与仿真值一致,且均小于材料的许用应力,构架满足静强度和疲劳强度要求。
In allusion to a high-speed motor car bogie frame ,the load combination values under exceptional conditions and general op-erating conditions are calculated according to European standard EN 13749 ,then the frame is tested on fatigue strength test rig ,the measured stress values of the corresponding reference points are received ,and the strength of the solid model is analyzed which is di-verted into the finite element analysis software ANSYS .The results show that the stress value of each reference point on the frame is consistented with the simulation value and less than the permissible stress of material ,and the structure design can meet the static strength and fatigue strength requirement .
