In recent years, cooperation between universities and enterprises is a new mode for talents＇ cultivation, which is actively explored and researched by many universities. Talents are cultivated to meet the needs of the society. Through cooperation between universities and enterprises, the cooperation can help solve the problem of low employment rate of undergraduates, inject ＂fresh blood＂ into companies, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. The article discussed the necessity, the mode, the problems and the possible ways of cooperation between universities and enterprises.
